Job summary

Browns Exeter, part of Mitchells & Butler s PLC, is hiring a Chef de Partie to lead a kitchen section and support the team in delivering classic British dishes. You will train staff, maintain high cleanliness and safety standards, and ensure the menu is followed to spec.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a busy kitchen.
• Ability to mentor kitchen staff and run a section.
• Knowledge of brand standards and high food hygiene.
• Excellent time management and teamwork skills.
