Search Consultancy is seeking a Chef de Partie for a renowned 2 Rosette boutique hotel, restaurant, pub and events venue in the Kent/Sussex countryside. The role focuses on quality cooking, teamwork and outstanding hospitality in a lively, beautiful setting.

Ideal candidates have 1 year+ experience, love great food, and are ready to contribute to evenings and weekends in a busy kitchen. Competitive pay with tips, training and staff benefits are offered in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 years Chef de Partie experience ideally within fine dining or at Rosette level.
• Experience in a busy hotel, restaurant or pub kitchen.
• Passion for quality food and excellent standards.
• A positive, energetic approach and willingness to learn.
• Reliable, well-presented and a strong team player.
• Comfortable working weekends and across a 5 day rota.

We're looking for an enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join a vibrant, busy kitchen where great food, teamwork and outstanding hospitality are at the heart of everything we do.

This is a fantastic opportunity with an established boutique hotel, restaurant, pub and events venue, renowned for its food, weddings and exceptional guest experience. With a beautiful rural setting and a genuinely lively atmosphere, no two days are the same.

What we're looking for

• At least 1 years Chef de Partie experience ideally within fine dining or at Rosette level
