Job summary

Brunning & Price Limited is seeking a Chef de Partie for The Nevill Crest & Gun in Eridge Green. You will be responsible for supporting the head and sous chefs across all kitchen sections, delivering fresh, well-plated dishes in a fast-paced pub kitchen.

The role offers basic up to £30,000 with tronc, paid overtime, and great tips. Benefits include meals on shift, pension, staff discounts, and more as part of our crew. Weekly pay and flexible earning options are available.

Qualifications

• Experience in catering as a chef or line cook.
• Ability to work across kitchen sections and support sous chefs and head chef.
• Passion for fresh food cookery and high standards of plating.

Responsibilities

• Work across all areas of the kitchen to assist the head chef.
• Support the sous chef and ensure smooth service during busy periods.
• Prepare dishes to Brunning & Price standards and maintain kitchen cleanliness.

About you...

You may have experience in catering as a chef, line cook, breakfast chef, section chef or chef de partie in a restaurant, gastro pub or the wider hospitality sector. As our chef de partie you'll be working across all areas of the kitchen, supporting our sous chefs and head chef.
