Chef de Partie - Water Beach, Cambridge CB25

We are currently recruiting for a talented Chef de Partie to join our team at one of our sites in Water Beach, Cambridge, CB25.

This busy site has gone from strength to strength, attracting more customers daily with their fantastic and innovative food under the guidance of a strong Chef Manager. With a focus on street food style concepts and wholesome dishes, the food served at the site is exciting and delicious in equal measure.

We are now looking for an excellent Chef de Partie who can assist the Chef Manager with the day-to-day kitchen operations and help push the site to the next level.

Wilson Vale is an established, quality-led contract caterer. We work with amazing clients across the UK who value great food as a key part of their culture and community. Our work spans office restaurants, independent schools, and conference venues, maintaining a high-end ethos throughout.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm, 40 hours per week.

Candidate Requirements

• Excellent people skills
• General knowledge of food hygiene, NVQ level 2 or equivalent
• Passion for food and customer service
• Superb culinary skills
• Good organisational and communication skills
• Ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a large team
• Eligibility to work in the UK

You will be able to create and develop our dishes and assist in the creation of weekly menus. A knowledge and understanding of the importance of stock management and food wastage reduction is essential.
