Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chef de Partie at THE WHITE HORSE (HOLME) LIMITED. The Chef de Partie will be responsible for preparing and cooking dishes according to the restaurant's standards, managing kitchen stations, and assisting with menu planning. The role will also include maintaining kitchen hygiene, ensuring food safety, and collaborating with the culinary team to deliver high-quality meals.
