The Bald Faced Stag in East Finchley is seeking a motivated Chef de Partie to join our busy kitchen. You will cook with seasonal ingredients, contribute to daily specials, and work as part of a high-energy team.

Qualifications

• A Chef de Partie passionate about food and cooking with great produce.
• An enthusiastic and dynamic CDP ready for a new challenge.
• Experienced working with fresh ingredients.
• Able to demonstrate good communication and teamwork in a high-performance kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Prepare dishes to spec using seasonal ingredients.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen.
• Collaborate closely with the kitchen team during busy service.
