Job summary

Heartwood Collection is looking for a passionate Chef de Partie to join their kitchen team in Dorking, England. As part of an award-winning group of pubs and brasseries, you'll be responsible for delivering great quality, fresh food while following recipes in a collaborative environment.

The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience, intermediate knife skills, and be able to work across multiple sections. The role offers a range of employee benefits including training programs and discounts.

About You:

• Have a passion and a proven track record in delivering great quality and fresh food
• Able to work at least 2 sections as part of the kitchen team and follow recipes
• 3-4 years experience or progression in a service setting with intermediate knife skills and working with classical cooking techniques

*The hourly rate/ package includes TRONC, calculated from the expected 6 months’ average.
