Job summary

The Bat & Ball, a Fuller’s pub nestled in the Hampshire countryside, is seeking a Chef de Partie to craft fresh, seasonal dishes and work closely with a talented kitchen team. Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced kitchen environments is valued.
• Ability to work with seasonal, local ingredients.
• Team player with good communication in a busy kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items to standards with seasonal ingredients.
• Assist senior chefs and collaborate with the kitchen team.
• Maintain hygiene, prep tasks and mise en place during service.
