Mitchells & Butlers PLC in Edinburgh is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. You will run a section, maintain high standards, and help train junior chefs while ensuring meals are prepared to specification.

This permanent, full-time role offers a competitive salary of £30,000 to £33,000 per year, with flexible shifts, staff discounts, and opportunities for progression within Premium Country Pubs.
