Mitchells & Butlers PLC in Bromley is seeking a Chef de Partie to join The George. You will lead a kitchen section, mentor team members, and ensure service runs smoothly with high standards.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Chef de Partie in a high-volume kitchen.
• Knowledge of brand standards and training junior staff.
• Ability to run a kitchen section and prep before service.
• Commitment to cleanliness and safety.
• Knowledge of menu and recipes.
