Job summary

Mitchells & Butler's PLC is seeking a Part Time Chef de Partie at The Fox in Menston to lead a kitchen section, mentor junior chefs and ensure the menu is executed to the brand standards during service.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Chef de Partie or equivalent in a busy kitchen.
• Ability to mentor kitchen staff and maintain brand standards.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.

• Prepare mise en place and ensure timely service.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety to the highest standards.
