What will you be doing?

As a Chef de Partie, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have a remarkable experience. Your primary responsibility will be to run a section in the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our guests receive top-notch service. You will lead by example, upholding our core values.

  • HOSPITALITY IS AT OUR CORE: Champion the art of hospitality, creating a welcoming and memorable atmosphere for all guests. Deliver our exceptional menus that showcases our culinary expertise.
  • WE DO THE RIGHT THING: Uphold the highest ethical and professional standards in all aspects of your role. Address any issues or concerns promptly and transparently, always seeking to do what is right for our guests, team, and the company.
  • WE PURSUE EXCELLENCE: Prepare and present dishes with a focus on quality, taste, and aesthetics, adhering to our exacting standards.
  • WE ARE ALL ENTREPRENEURS: Actively participate in the development and implementation of new ideas and operational improvements that contribute to the restaurant's success.

WHAT DO I NEED?

  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or Demi CDP in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
  • A commitment to delivering exceptional hospitality and a passion for culinary excellence.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive and adaptable approach to work.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
