Your role as Chef de Partie:

We seek a motivated Chef de Partie with a positive attitude, committed to high standards of food, cleanliness, and hygiene. An ambitious individual eager to grow and achieve excellence.

Main duties include:

  • Ensuring food safety and hygiene
  • Training and coaching junior staff
  • Contributing to menu development
  • Preparing fresh foods daily to high standards
  • Managing food margins via portion control
  • Stock management and storage
  • Following health & safety directives

Additional information:

Initial online training modules on Health and Safety, Food Hygiene, etc., will be provided, along with a comprehensive induction and on-the-job training from experienced staff.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year kitchen experience
  • Organized, calm, and methodical approach
  • Good planning and organizational skills
  • Ability to give and receive feedback
  • Level 2 Food Safety in Catering or equivalent
