The Coal Shed is a steak restaurant in the heart of Brighton, celebrating coal-roasted rare breed heritage meat and South Coast seafood, inspired by Founder Raz Helalat’s Persian roots by cooking over fire.

The menu features high-quality, locally sourced ingredients, prepared over coal. It includes a seasonal à la carte, daily sharing specials, a value-packed express lunch, and Brighton’s popular Sunday Sharing Roast.
