Job summary

Brunning & Price is hiring a Chef de Partie at The Hand and Trumpet. The role offers Level 1, 2 and 3 apprenticeships to support your growth, with a basic salary up to £32,000 plus tronc. You'll be part of a team across all kitchen sections and contribute to high-quality menus.

Qualifications

• Experience in catering as a chef, line cook, breakfast chef, or chef de partie in a restaurant, gastro pub or wider hospitality sector.
• Passionate about fresh food cookery and working across all kitchen sections.

Responsibilities

• Work across all areas of the kitchen, supporting the Sous Chefs and Head Chef.
• Contribute to menu preparation and high-quality food preparation.
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in the kitchen.
