Job summary

Hilton Belfast is seeking a self‑motivated Chef De Partie to join our Truly Talented kitchen team. You’ll run a section within a busy, high‑standard kitchen and contribute to creating outstanding dishes with fresh ingredients.

This role offers a zero‑hours contract with flexible hours, on‑site work in Belfast, and opportunities for training, progression and staff discounts. Meals on shift provided and more benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or culinary roles preferred.
• Ability to work in busy, high‑standard kitchens.
• Excellent communication, written and verbal.
• Eligible to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Run a kitchen section as part of the brigade.
• Prepare dishes with fresh ingredients and maintain quality.
• Assist in line checks, portion control and plate presentation.

We are looking for self-motivated, proactive and passionate Chef De Partie to join our Truly Talented kitchen team!

The role of the Chef De Partie is to successfully run a section as a part of the kitchen brigade.

The core skills and experience required to succeed

• Truly passionate about the Hospitality Industry with a genuine passion and a creative flair
• Ideally you will have previous experience in working in highly acclaimed venues which have a reputation for great service
• Ability to function independently with a minimum of supervision
• Good communication skills, the ability to communicate verbally and in writing
• To be an enthusiastic team player with a flexible approach
