Hilton Belfast is seeking a self-motivated Chef De Partie to join the Truly Talented kitchen team. The role is to run a section of the kitchen brigade, with flexibility in hours and zero-hours contracting.

We are looking for self-motivated, proactive and passionate Chef De Partie to join our Truly Talented kitchen team!

The role of the Chef De Partie is to successfully run a section as a part of the kitchen brigade.

The core skills and experience required to succeed

• Truly passionate about the Hospitality Industry with a genuine passion and a creative flair
• Ideally you will have previous experience in working in highly acclaimed venues which have a reputation for great service
• Ability to function independently with a minimum of supervision
• Good communication skills, the ability to communicate verbally and in writing
• To be an enthusiastic team player with a flexible approach
