Compass Group UK&I is seeking a dedicated Chef/Cook (Zero Hours) to support Healthcare operations on a permanent casual basis with variable shifts and a 0 hours per week commitment.

You will prepare high-quality food, oversee menu changes, supervise a team, maintain hygiene standards, and help develop new menus while upholding brand and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• Hold a City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent.
• Have experience supervising a team.
• Have experience in a similar Chef role.
• Hold a Food Hygiene certificate.
• Have a flexible approach to working.

Responsabilités

• Preparing delicious, high-quality food that delights our clients and customers.
• Overseeing and implementing menu changes.
• Identifying opportunities to improve our food services.
• Listening and acting on customer feedback to consistently improve our food services.
• Supporting with the creation of new menus and creative food concepts.
• Representing Healthcare and maintaining a positive brand image.
• Monitoring inventories to keep our kitchens well-stocked.
• Overseeing kitchen cleaning responsibilities to maintain hygiene standards.
• Complying with Food Handling, Hygiene and Health and Safety regulations.
• Be passionate about great-tasting food and exceptional customer service.

We're currently recruiting a dedicated Chef/Cook (Zero Hours) to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in Healthcare on a permanent casual basis, contracted to 0 hours per week. As a Chef/Cook (Zero Hours), you will use your skills to maintain a high standard of quality work.
