OCS UK & Ireland is seeking an experienced chef for contract catering in the Falkirk area. You will handle day-to-day food preparation, manage station cooking, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality dishes while adhering to safety and hygiene standards.

The role requires Level 2 qualifications in catering, strong team collaboration and excellent communication, with the ability to multitask under pressure. Right to Work in the UK is essential.

Qualificações

• Proven experience as a Chef in contract catering.
• Level 2 in Catering and Hospitality or equivalent.
• Knowledge of cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and processes.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.
• Understand food safety, storage and sanitation of menu items

Responsabilidades

• Handle day-to-day food preparation and duties as directed by senior chefs.
• Manage the cooking process at your station for multiple dishes to deliver timely food.
• Follow safety, hygiene and proper use of utensils and equipment on site.
• Notify Senior Chefs when inventory is running low to keep stock levels.
• Collaborate with culinary team to maintain high-quality food and service during shifts
