The job is for a qualified chef to work as a Bank Chef at Barchester Healthcare, one of the UK's leading healthcare providers. The role involves creating nutritious, flavorsome, and well-balanced menus while working with residents to tailor the menus. Main duties of the job

The Bank Chef will assist the Head Chef in creating nutritious, flavorsome, and well-balanced menus, while working with residents to tailor the menus around their preferences. The successful candidate will be expected to help manage the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence, work with fresh produce to deliver high-quality and wholesome dishes, and help create a warm, efficient, and fun environment. They will also be responsible for working within budget, completing regular audits, managing stock control, and assisting in leading and motivating a team.

NEED TO HAVE

• Hold City & Guilds/NVQ/SVQ or equivalent.
