Job summary

Loungers is hiring Chefs to join the kitchen team at Marciano Lounge. This role offers up to £12.71/hr plus tips, paid breaks, and staff meals from day one.

You will support the Head Chef in delivering high-quality dishes and maintaining kitchen standards across a busy operation. We’re seeking experienced Chefs, including Chef de Partie, Line Chef or Grill Chef, who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working as part of a friendly, supportive team.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Grill Chef, Line Chef or Chef de Partie in a high-volume kitchen.
• A passion for real cooking and quality food.
• Energy, pace, and a positive attitude.
• Able to work efficiently under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Cook fresh food to spec; from tapas dishes, to all day Lounge breakfasts
• Support the Head Chef with prep, service, and standards
• Keep the kitchen clean, safe, and fully prepped
• Follow food safety & allergen processes at all times
• Work as one team with FOH to deliver a great experience
