Penny Brohn UK National Centre in Pill near Bristol is seeking a full-time Chef to join our kitchen team. The role involves planning, preparing and delivering nutritious meals for clients, staff, visitors and guests in a busy, yet calm environment.
You will work flexibly across weekdays, evenings and weekends with shift patterns; you should hold a Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate and have experience with dietary requirements and allergies.

Shift pattern: Shifts are organised and agreed in advance; 7am-3pm, 8am-4pm, 9am-5pm, 1pm-9pm
Salary: £31,064 per annum

We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Chef who is looking for a role with a difference. At Penny Brohn UK, our kitchen team cater for a broad range of customers, in a busy but calm and supportive environment where time and thought goes into meeting the needs of each customer and their booking. Alongside our client work, the Penny Brohn UK National Centre operates as the hospitality venue, Ham Green House, therefore, the successful candidate will be required to prepare a diverse and fresh range of nutritious meals for clients, staff, visitors and commercial guests.
This role is perfect for someone who likes to bring their own ideas and creativity to the work that they do and thrives in a calm, supportive environment. They will also be confident in managing kitchen operations when working solo. Candidates should have proven experience as a Chef in a similar setting with the ability to work independently. They will have a Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate and experience and knowledge of working with dietary requirements and allergies. Candidates will be available to work flexibly across weekdays, evenings and weekends.
