Qualifications

• Previous experience working as a Chef in a café, restaurant or hospitality setting.
• Strong knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen safety practices.

• Food Hygiene Certificate
• Experience creating daily specials and seasonal menu items
• Experience within a café or daytime dining environment

Responsibilities

• Preparing and cooking breakfast, lunch and daily specials to a high standard
