Competitive pay of £17.00 per hour. Tuesday to Saturday shifts, temp-to-perm opportunity with long-term prospects. Based at Buckfastleigh, the role involves cooking breakfast, lunch and daily specials while upholding high hygiene standards.

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience working as a Chef in a café, restaurant or hospitality setting.
• Strong knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen safety practices.
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen environment.
• Passion for producing high-quality fresh food.
• Food Hygiene Certificate
• Experience creating daily specials and seasonal menu items
• Experience within a café or daytime dining environment

Aufgaben

• Preparing and cooking breakfast, lunch and daily specials to a high standard
• Maintaining excellent food hygiene and health & safety standards
• Managing food preparation and ensuring efficient kitchen operations
• Monitoring stock levels and assisting with ordering and stock rotation
• Working collaboratively with the front of house and kitchen team to deliver excellent service
