Job summary

Loungers plc are hiring Chefs to join the Portivo Lounge kitchen team across England. Offering up to £12.71/hr + tips, paid breaks, staff food from day one and 50% off food & drinks from day one.

As a Chef, Chef de Partie, Line Chef or Grill Chef you'll cook to spec, support the Head Chef, keep the kitchen clean and safe, and work with FOH to deliver great experiences. Loungers plc operates 300+ sites and offers progression and staff perks.

Qualifications

• A passion for real cooking and quality food.
• Experience as Grill Chef, Line Chef or Chef de Partie in a high-volume kitchen.
• Able to work under pressure and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Cook fresh food to spec; from tapas dishes, to all day Lounge breakfasts.
• Support the Head Chef with prep, service, and standards.
• Keep the kitchen clean, safe, and fully prepped.
• Follow food safety & allergen processes at all times.
• Work as one team with FOH to deliver a great experience.
