Parogon Group is seeking a chef for The Boars Head in Nantwich. This role offers full training, a supportive brigade, and a share of the service charge. Part-time, 32 hours per week, with a clear path to grow into a Chef de Partie as you learn every section of the kitchen.

You’ll be supported by experienced chefs, learn our dishes to spec, and contribute to a clean, safe kitchen during busy services. We provide progression opportunities within a growing restaurant group.

Here's What We Offer

• Up to £13.50 per hour (Approx. £1,730 every 4-weeks or £22,460 pa)
• Shared Service charge (Avg. £4,990 pa)
• Total Potential Package = £27,450 per year
• Part time – 32 hours a week: solid, regular hours with a better work-life balance
• Full training – learn every section of the kitchen

Our hourly rates: up to £13.50 (21+), £10.85–£11.50 (18–20), £8.00 (under 18).

The role

You’ll learn from experienced chefs, build your skills across different sections and be supported every step of the way to grow into a Chef de Partie.
