Job summary

Parogon Group's Orange Tree Congleton is looking for a Chef de Partie to join a supportive brigade and cook to spec on busy service. You will run your section with pride and help drive consistent quality across the menu.

You will train and support junior chefs, maintain high food-safety standards, and contribute to a collaborative kitchen culture that values development and teamwork. This is a full-time role with a strong team ethos.

The Orange Tree in Congleton is one of our elegant Orange Tree restaurants.

Here's What We Offer

• Up to £13.50 per hour (Approx. £2,380 every 4-weeks or £30,890 pa)
• Shared Service charge (Avg. £6,860 pa)
• Total Potential Package = £37,750 per year
• Full time – 44 hours a week
• Fresh food, a supportive brigade and room to grow

Our hourly rates: up to £13.50 (21+), up to £12.50 (18–20), up to £11.50 (under 18).

The role

You’ll run your section with pride – cooking our menu to spec and working as part of a supportive, close-knit brigade where your development really matters.
