Job summary

Estero Lounge by Loungers is hiring Chefs to join a busy kitchen. We offer up to £12.71/hr plus tips, paid breaks, daily staff meals, and 50% off food and drinks from day one, with strong career development opportunities. This role suits experienced Chefs, Chef de Partie, Line Chef and Grill Chef seeking flexible, all-day work.

You’ll cook to spec, support the Head Chef, maintain high standards, and collaborate with FOH to deliver a great guest experience across our growing lounges.

Qualifications

• Experience as Grill Chef, Line Chef or Chef de Partie in a high-volume kitchen.
• A passion for real cooking and quality food.
• Reliability and punctuality as a team member.
• Ability to work under pressure with energy and pace.

Responsibilities

• Cook fresh food to spec from tapas to all-day Lounge breakfasts.
• Support the Head Chef with prep, service, and standards.
• Keep the kitchen clean, safe, and fully prepped.
• Follow food safety and allergen processes at all times.
• Work as one team with FOH to deliver a great experience.
