Job summary

Loungers plc is hiring Chefs to join the kitchen team at Salino Lounge. Join a growing casual dining brand with 300+ sites across England and Wales, offering up to £12.71/hr + tips.

You’ll work with Head Chef delivering our all-day menu to spec, and support the team to keep standards high from prep to plate. This role suits an experienced Chef, Chef de Partie, Line Chef or Grill Chef who thrives in a busy kitchen, enjoys teamwork, and can handle evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Passion for real cooking and quality food.
• Able to work as part of a team in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Excellent communication and a positive attitude.
• Experience in high-volume kitchen environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cook fresh food to specification from tapas to all-day Lounge breakfasts.
• Support Head Chef with prep, service, and standards.
• Keep kitchen clean, safe, and fully prepped.
• Follow food safety and allergen processes at all times.
• Work as one team with FOH to deliver a great experience.
