Chopstix in Milton Keynes is seeking a Chef to join our fast-paced kitchen. You will prepare, cook and serve dishes to Chopstix recipes, delivering flavour, speed and quality with energy and pace. Full training is provided to help you become a Chopstix Wok Star Chef.

You’ll thrive in a busy environment, maintain high food safety standards, and work across all kitchen stations to deliver a seamless dining experience for every guest.

• Prepare, cook, and serve food to Chopstix recipes and specifications.
• Deliver great-tasting food with consistency, quality, and speed.
• Work across all kitchen stations, including food preparation, cooking, and service.
• Ensure products are always fresh, presented correctly, and ready for our customers.
• Monitor stock levels and support deliveries, stock rotation, and waste control.
• Follow all food safety, health & safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe kitchen environment throughout your shift.
• Support the team during busy trading periods to keep service flowing smoothly.
• Learn and develop your wok skills through our training programmes.
• Work closely with front-of-house colleagues to deliver a seamless customer experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Up for late nights? We may trade until 4am on select nights - flexibility is key!
• Prepare, cook, and serve food to Chopstix recipes and specifications
• Deliver great-tasting food with consistency, quality, and speed
• Work across all kitchen stations, including food preparation, cooking, and service
• Ensure products are always fresh, presented correctly, and ready for our Flavour Cravers
• Monitor stock levels and support deliveries, stock rotation, and waste control
• Follow all food safety, health & safety, and hygiene standards at all times
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe kitchen environment throughout your shift
• Support the team during busy trading periods to keep service flowing smoothly
• Learn and develop your wok skills through our training programmes
• Work closely with front-of-house colleagues to deliver a seamless customer experience
• Take pride in the quality of every dish leaving the kitchen
• Support opening, closing, and daily operational routines as required
