Job summary

Capo Lounge, part of Loungers, is hiring a Chef to join our busy kitchen team. You will cook to spec, support the Head Chef, and help maintain high standards from prep to plate. The role offers flexible hours and opportunities across a growing brand with multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Grill Chef, Line Chef or Chef de Partie in a high-volume kitchen.
• Commitment to food safety and allergen processes.
• Ability to work flexibly including evenings/weekends.

• Cook fresh food to spec from tapas to all day Lounge breakfasts.
• Support Head Chef with prep, service, and standards.

We’re hiring Chefs to join the kitchen team at Capo Lounge. Part of Loungers, proudly named Casual Dining Group of the Year 2026.
