Job summary

Loungers is hiring Chefs to join the Capo Lounge kitchen team. Earn up to £12.71/hr plus tips, with paid breaks, staff meals every shift, and 50% off food and drinks from day one. Flexible hours and opportunities for career development are on offer across 300+ sites.

As a Chef you will deliver our all-day menu to spec, support the Head Chef with prep and service, and ensure safety and high standards from prep to plate. Expect evening/weekend shifts in a busy, supportive team.

Qualifications

• Passion for real cooking and quality food.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a busy kitchen.
• Strong communication and time management in fast-paced environments.
• Capable of maintaining high standards and working under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Cook fresh food to spec from tapas to all-day Lounge breakfasts.
• Support Head Chef with prep, service, and standards.
• Keep the kitchen clean, safe, and fully prepped.
• Follow food safety and allergen processes at all times.
• Work with Front of House to deliver a great guest experience.
