Job summary

Loungers is hiring Chefs to join the Carnero Lounge kitchen team in a fast-paced, supportive environment. You’ll cook to spec, assist the Head Chef with prep and service, and help keep the kitchen running smoothly from prep to plate.

Ideal candidates bring Grill Chef, Line Chef, or Chef de Partie experience, a passion for real cooking, and the ability to work well under pressure in a team. Flexible hours and shift patterns apply, with perks from day one.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Grill Chef, Line Chef or Chef de Partie in a high-volume kitchen.
• Proven ability to cook to spec and maintain standards.

Responsibilities

• Cook fresh food to spec; from tapas dishes, to all day Lounge breakfasts
• Support the Head Chef with prep, service, and standards
• Keep the kitchen clean, safe, and fully prepped
• Follow food safety & allergen processes at all times
• Work as one team with FOH to deliver a great experience
