Job summary

Loungers is hiring Chefs to join the Poco Lounge kitchen team, delivering our all-day menu to high standards alongside the Head Chef and team. You’ll ensure every dish hits spec and the kitchen runs smoothly from prep to plate.

This role suits experienced cooks with a passion for quality, able to work under pressure in a busy kitchen. Perks include staff meals, discounts from day one, tips, and a supportive, energetic team.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Grill Chef, Line Chef or Chef de Partie in a high-volume kitchen.
• Able to work under pressure and maintain standards.
• Team player with strong communication and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Cook fresh food to spec; from tapas dishes, to all day Lounge breakfasts.
• Support the Head Chef with prep, service, and standards.
• Keep the kitchen clean, safe, and fully prepped.
• Follow food safety & allergen processes at all times.
• Work as one team with FOH to deliver a great experience.
