Job summary

Loungers plc is hiring a Chef to join the Pontio Lounge kitchen in Chepstow. You’ll cook to spec, assist the Head Chef, and help keep the kitchen running smoothly in a fast-paced environment.

We offer up to £12.71 per hour + tips, paid breaks, staff meals on every shift, and 50% off food and drinks from day one. This role supports flexible, part-time or full-time hours within a vibrant hospitality group.

Qualifications

• Experience as Grill Chef/Line Chef/Chef de Partie in a high-volume kitchen.
• A passion for real cooking and quality food.
• Team player with good communication and energy.

Responsibilities

• Cook fresh food to spec; from tapas dishes, to all day Lounge breakfasts.
• Support the Head Chef with prep, service, and standards.
• Keep the kitchen clean, safe, and fully prepped.
• Follow food safety & allergen processes at all times.
• Work as one team with FOH to deliver a great experience.
