Job summary

Loungers plc, serving Orsino Lounge, is hiring Chefs to join the kitchen team. You’ll cook to spec across a flexible all-day menu, supporting the Head Chef to ensure high standards from prep to plate. The role supports part-time or flexible hours and offers tips, staff meals, and 50% off food & drinks from day one.

This is a dynamic role in a growing brand across 300+ sites in England and Wales, with opportunities for career progression and development within a supportive kitchen team.

Qualifications

• Experience as Grill Chef, Line Chef or Chef de Partie in a high-volume kitchen.
• A passion for real cooking and quality food.
• Team player with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Cook fresh food to spec from tapas to all-day Lounge breakfasts.
• Support Head Chef with prep, service and standards.
• Keep the kitchen clean, safe and fully prepped.
• Follow food safety and allergen processes at all times.
• Work with FOH to deliver a great guest experience.
