Job summary

Loungers plc's Orso Lounge is hiring a Chef to join our busy kitchen team. You’ll cook to spec, from tapas to all-day Lounge dishes, and work alongside the Head Chef to keep standards high from prep to plate.

We offer up to £12.71/hr + tips, paid breaks, staff meals, and 50% off food and drinks from day one across all Loungers brands. This role suits an experienced Chef, Chef de Partie, Line Chef or Grill Chef looking for a great next step in their career.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Grill Chef, Line Chef or Chef de Partie in a high-volume kitchen.
• A passion for real cooking and quality food.
• Ability to work well with others and stay organized in a busy environment.
• Capable of maintaining standards from prep to plate.

Responsibilities

• Cook fresh food to spec, from tapas dishes to all-day Lounge breakfasts.
• Support the Head Chef with prep, service and standards.
• Keep the kitchen clean, safe and fully prepped.
• Follow food safety and allergen processes at all times.
• Work as one team with FOH to deliver a great experience.
