Aramark UK is currently recruiting a Chef in the Education sector to join our team at the University of Westminster, NW1 5LS.

Job Responsibilities

• Cooking and preparing food ready for grab & go & lunch service, ensuring minimal wastage. Supporting functions/hospitality events.
• Working collaboratively as part of a team of chefs and acting as a trainer/ coach for new team members to learn procedures and standards for all kitchen tasks.
• Following recipe cards to prepare, cook and serve a range of meals.
• Assisting with deliveries and stock checks, placing food orders, and maintaining kitchen records.
• Monitoring and recording temperatures of fridges, freezers, hot cabinets, and servers. Completing daily paperwork to cover due diligence.
• Assisting in daily and weekly kitchen deep cleans.
