Job summary

Flesh & Buns is seeking motivated chefs to join our crew in London. You’ll work across prep, fry, broth control, bao filling and crafting ramen bowls, bringing energy and passion to the hot station.

We welcome all levels of kitchen experience and people eager to learn the art of ramen. Expect a vibrant team environment with strong development opportunities and exciting crew events.

Qualifications

• Kitchen experience is welcomed, enthusiasm and passion for cooking required.
• Willingness to learn the art of ramen and work in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Team player with a positive attitude and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and assist in the fry section.
• Manage broth control, filling bao buns and composing ramen bowls.
• Collaborate with the crew to deliver banging ramen bowls.

As a chef you’ll work with the crew doing all manner of jobs including prep, fry section, broth control, filling bao buns and knocking out bangin’ bowls of ramen!

If you have any level of kitchen experience great! If not that’s cool to! We are looking for folks who have enthusiasm and passion for cooking who are willing to learn the art of ramen!
