Job summary

Bone Daddies in Soho, London is seeking a passionate Chef to join our crew and rock the ramen with real appetite and pride.

You’ll handle prep, fry, broth control, fill bao buns and serve banging bowls of ramen, while learning the art and growing with the team. If you love cooking and want to develop your skills in a lively, punk-inspired environment, join us and help create memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Enthusiasm and passion for cooking; willingness to learn ramen.
• Experience preferred; all levels considered.
• Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Prep, fry section, broth control, filling bao buns and assembling ramen bowls.
• Assist in creating banging bowls of ramen for guests.
• Work collaboratively with the crew to deliver great service.

Wanted - Chef to come Rock n Roll with our crew. Chef earning potential up to £16/hour

We opened the first Bone Daddies ramen joint back in 2012 on Peter St in Soho, London. We've grown a bit sincethen but what we're all about hasn't changed at all - real Rock n Roll ramen.

As a chef you'll work with the crew doing all manner of jobs including prep, fry section, broth control, filling bao buns and knocking out bangin' bowls of ramen!
