Job summary

Loungers is hiring Chefs to join the kitchen team at Sorbo Lounge. This role is part of Loungers, proudly named Casual Dining Group of the Year 2026. You’ll cook to spec in a busy, friendly kitchen and support the Head Chef to deliver high standards from prep to plate.

Qualifications

• Passion for real cooking and quality food.
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
• Team player with good communication.
• Experience in a high-volume kitchen is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Cook fresh food to spec, from tapas dishes to all-day lounges.
• Support the Head Chef with prep, service, and standards.
• Keep the kitchen clean, safe, and fully prepped.
• Follow food safety and allergen processes at all times.
• Work as one team with FOH to deliver a great experience.
