Job summary

Loungers plc, operating Sarto Lounge, is seeking experienced Chefs to join our busy kitchen team. You’ll cook to spec across all-day menus, work with the Head Chef to maintain high standards, and ensure prep-to-plate quality.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Chef, Chef de Partie, Line Chef, or Grill Chef in a high-volume kitchen.
• Ability to cook to spec and maintain standards from prep to plate.
• Comfort with fast-paced service and evolving menus.

Responsibilities

• Cook fresh food to spec; from tapas dishes, to all day Lounge breakfasts.
• Support the Head Chef with prep, service, and standards.
• Keep the kitchen clean, safe, and fully prepped.
• Follow food safety & allergen processes at all times.
• Work as one team with FOH to deliver a great experience.
