Job summary

B&Q Exeter is hiring a Checkouts Customer Advisor on a permanent part-time contract. Shifts across Monday to Sunday, 7:00am–10:00pm, with a notional rate of £13.37 per hour.

You’ll help customers, handle tills, click and collect, setting up displays, and keep the store looking inviting. The role offers training, a supportive team, and opportunities to grow within a home improvement retailer.

Qualifications

• Friendly and outgoing; enjoy helping others.
• Willing to learn and adapt to new technology.
• Able to work on a rota including weekends, evenings and bank holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with purchases at checkouts and advise as needed.
• Handle click & collect processes and assist with displays.
• Maintain store appearance and deliver strong customer service on tills.
