B&Q Limited Basildon is hiring a part-time Customer Advisor for checkouts. You’ll be an expert advisor who helps customers, handles sales, click & collect, and keeps tills running smoothly.

You’ll work weekends on a rota that includes evenings and bank holidays, with training across areas while delivering great service at the tills and helping customers with their home improvement needs.

Responsibilities

• Help customers at the tills and support checkout operations to ensure smooth service.
• Promote sales, including click & collect, and assist with displays to keep the store looking great.
• Provide great customer service and act as a guide to home improvement projects for customers.
