Job summary

B&Q Rhyl is hiring a part-time Customer Advisor for the checkouts, 18 hours per week. You’ll be an expert advisor, assisting customers, handling tills, and supporting store presentation across shifts from Monday to Sunday.

Training will be provided, with a focus on delivering great service and helpful recommendations. The role requires friendly, proactive individuals who enjoy helping others, can work on a rota including weekends and bank holidays, and who are comfortable using new technology

• Friendly and outgoing, happy to help and learn.
• Willing to work on a rota that includes weekends, evenings and bank holidays.

Responsibilities

• Help customers at the checkouts and promote click & collect.
• Set up displays and keep the store looking inviting.
• Provide excellent tills-based customer service and support across shifts.
• Be trained in various areas to assist customers and improve store operations.
