Job summary

B&Q Limited is looking for a part-time Customer Advisor at Trafford Park to support checkouts. You will be an on-the-floor expert, assisting customers with home improvement needs, handling sales and click & collect, and setting up displays.

The role runs 18.75 hours per week on a 3-month fixed term contract, with shifts across a Monday–Sunday rota. The ideal candidate is friendly, eager to learn, and comfortable using new technology and working as part of a team, including weekends and bank

Qualifications

• Openness to learning and using new technology.
• Ability to work on a rota including weekends, evenings and bank holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert customer guidance on home improvement projects.
• Handle sales, click & collect, and display setup.
