West Northamptonshire Council is inviting applications for an Assistant Team Manager within our Continuing Healthcare service. The role will involve working alongside the Team Manager to promote excellent social work practice and to support adults with significant health needs.

You will contribute to building a positive team culture, partnering with NHS colleagues and ICBs, and guiding staff through complex cases with a focus on person-centred outcomes.
