West Northamptonshire Council is recruiting an Assistant Team Manager for our Adult Social Care teams. You’ll lead and develop social work staff, support practitioners through complex cases, safeguarding and legal processes, and help shape practice that delivers positive outcomes for residents.

Qualifications

• Experience in Adult Social Care leadership preferred.
• Strong communication and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching, supervision and development opportunities to staff.
• Help ensure residents receive timely, strengths-based support and positive outcomes.
