Chadwick Nott in Bristol is assisting a leading international IP practice to recruit a Chartered Trade Mark Attorney (1-6 PQE) to join its Brands, Trade Marks & Designs team in Bristol. The role offers exposure to UK, EU and international matters, working with recognised brands across technology, fintech, financial services, media, entertainment, life sciences, consumer products and fashion.

Qualifications

• 1-6 years' PQE in trade marks
• Experience advising UK/EU trade mark matters
• Experience in private practice
• Strong academic credentials
• Excellent organisation and portfolio management
• Strong client focus and commercial awareness
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to work in a diverse, inclusive team

Responsibilities

• Advise on brand clearances and protection strategies
• Handle trade mark prosecutions and portfolio management
• Participate in opposition, invalidity and revocation actions
• Lead enforcement actions and online brand protection
• Provide multi-jurisdictional advisory support for global clients
