Job summary

Construo are working with a respected firm of Chartered Surveyors to expand their residential valuation team across multiple UK locations, including Walsall. You will handle a range of valuations and surveys with a strong fee income potential and clear career progression.

This role requires MRICS/AssocRICS/FRICS with VRS, at least 1 year PQE in residential valuation, and solid IT/reporting software skills. You will deliver high-quality reports for lenders and clients with efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications

• AssocRICS/MRICS/FRICS with VRS essential.
• Minimum 1 year PQE in residential valuation.
• Strong IT skills and experience using software for site notes and reporting.
• Proven track record of producing quality valuation work.

Responsibilities

• Conduct a range of residential property valuations and surveys.
• Complete lender valuations (standard residential, buy-to-let, HMO, bridging, light refurb, multi-unit).
• Produce reports for Help to Buy, Shared Ownership, Probate, Matrimonial and Housing Associations.
• Deliver RICS Level 2 Home Surveys and respond to post-valuation queries promptly.

Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 DOE + benefits

Role Overview:
You’ll be responsible for a range of residential property valuations and surveys, including:

• Loan security valuations (standard residential, buy-to-let, HMO, bridging, light refurb, and multi-unit).
• Valuations for Help to Buy, Shared Ownership, Probate, Matrimonial and Housing Associations.
• RICS Level 2 Home Surveys.

Performance Expectations:

• High street lender valuations reported same day.
• Specialist lender and private client reports completed within 24 hours.
• RICS Level 2 Surveys delivered within 4 days.
• Prompt response to post-valuation queries.

What We’re Looking For:

• AssocRICS/MRICS/FRICS (with VRS essential).
